These were started at the same time as Pohádka yet all bar one are  waiting to be finished.

117. POHÁDKA

Stories I told myself that got me painting again after a long gap. With much rethinking and endless revisions, some fell by the wayside leaving at the moment three paintings in their final form and another one in progress.

An homage to a parted friend and many more strands. This is the final version bar a few subtle changes to come, an earlier version surprised me with  echoes of an enigmatic painting by Poussin. A companion painting is in progress
